Inspired and devised by four of the world's greatest chefs – Govind Armstrong of LA’s Table 8, Geoff Scott of Vinnies, Auckland, Peter Gordon of London’s The Providores and Rex Morgan of Citron in Wellington, NZ – our menus are the most creative in the air. To complement the very best of New Zealand cuisine, and because low humidity and high altitude affect the palate, we’ve chosen our wine consultants – including John Belsham, winemaker at Foxes Island Wines and John Buck of Te Mata Estate – as carefully as they have selected our wines.
